This Privacy Policy explains how RockinBet (“RockinBet”, “we”, “us”, “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and protects information when you use our websites, apps, and related services. By using the Services, you agree to this Policy.

1.1 You provide to us
Account & contact: name, username, email, phone, date of birth, address, country, and more.
KYC/Verification: ID documents, selfies/liveness checks (which may include biometric data where applicable), proof of address, and related metadata.
Payments: crypto wallet address(es), transaction IDs, payment provider references (we do not store full card PANs).
Support & preferences: messages, feedback, settings, communication choices.

Usage & gameplay: pages viewed, games played, session duration, deposits/withdrawals, wins/losses, in-game events.
Device & network: IP address, device/browser type, OS, language, approximate location (IP-based), cookies/SDK identifiers, crash/diagnostics logs.
Security signals: failed logins, 2FA attempts, risk/fraud indicators.
1.3 From third parties
KYC/AML providers, payment processors, game providers, analytics and anti-fraud vendors—as needed to verify identity, process payments, enable gameplay, prevent abuse, and keep the platform secure.
Provide & operate the Services: account creation, gameplay, wallet, deposits/withdrawals, customer support.
RockinDollar (R$) accounting: maintain balances, bets, wins, and receipts in R$, our internal unit pegged 1:1 to USDT (see Section 5).
KYC/AML & compliance: verify identity, prevent fraud/abuse, satisfy legal obligations.
Security: detect/prevent unauthorized access, enforce limits, monitor platform health.
Personalization & analytics: improve UX, content selection, performance, and reliability.
Communications: transactional emails/SMS (receipts, security alerts), product updates, and—if you opt in—promotions (you can opt out anytime).
Legal: enforce terms, resolve disputes, respond to lawful requests.
Legal bases (EEA/UK where applicable): performance of contract, legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, improvement), legal obligation (KYC/AML, accounting), and consent (where required, e.g., marketing, certain cookies, biometrics).
We use cookies/SDKs for:
Essential: login, session continuity, fraud prevention.
Functional/Performance: remembering preferences, analytics.
Advertising (if used): measuring campaigns, frequency capping.

What is R$? An internal accounting unit used in the casino, always 1 R$ = 1 USDT inside RockinBet.
Deposits: USDT deposits credit the same numeric amount in R$. Non-USDT crypto is converted to its USDT equivalent at confirmation, then credited as the same numeric amount in R$.
Gameplay & receipts: balances, stakes, wins are shown in R$; receipts display “Rate: 1 R$ = 1 USDT.”
Withdrawals: paid in USDT 1:1 with your R$ balance (network/provider fees may apply).
We never ask for your wallet seed phrases or private keys. Only use deposit addresses shown in your logged-in cashier.
We keep data only as long as necessary for the purposes above and to meet legal/operational requirements:
Account, gameplay, and transactions: for your account lifetime and a reasonable period thereafter for records, disputes, and compliance.
KYC/AML records: retained as required by AML/CTF and financial regulations (often at least 5 years after account closure, depending on jurisdiction).
Logs & security events: typically 12–24 months, unless needed longer for investigations.
Marketing preferences: until you change your preference or request deletion.
When no longer needed, we delete or anonymize data per our policies.
We apply technical and organizational measures, including:
Encryption in transit (TLS), hashing/salting of passwords, access controls (least privilege), logging/monitoring, backups, change management.
2FA support and session/device controls.
    Vendor due diligence and contractual safeguards for processors.
    No method is 100% secure—please use strong, unique passwords, enable 2FA, and beware of phishing. We will never ask for your password, 2FA codes, seed phrase, or private keys.

Your data may be processed outside your country. When we transfer data internationally, we use appropriate safeguards (e.g., EU Standard Contractual Clauses, UK Addendum) and require vendors to protect it to comparable standards.
The Services are for adults 21+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors. If you believe a minor has provided data, contact privacy@rockin.bet and we will take appropriate action.
Our Services may link to third-party sites/apps. Their privacy practices are governed by their own policies—we recommend reviewing them.
We may use automated systems and scoring to detect fraud/abuse, verify identity, ensure responsible gaming, and comply with AML/CTF. These processes help protect players and the platform. Where required by law, you can request human review.
We may update this Policy from time to time. We’ll post the new version with a new “Last Updated” date and, where appropriate, notify you by email or in-product notice. Your continued use after changes means you accept the updated Policy.
